Holiday Exercise Challenge

Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve decided to join me in this challenge!

Here’s what to do:

  1. Find a buddy – do this with a friend! It will be more fun and you’ll be more likely to stick to it!
  2. Print out this chart.
  3. Begin keeping track of your exericise minutes for the next 4 weeks.
  4. At the end of the challenge, email me a picture of your exercise log.
  5. You will recieve a 50% discount on the Balanced Beauties Lesson book and planner pages as soon as it is available.
  6. The participant with the most total minutes will get a special bonus prize!
